Recuerdo que en una conversación con una amiga le habia comentado que quería y necesitaba trabajar,me comenta en aquella oportunidad que estaban solicitando personal para trabajar en un Call Center cómo Teleoperadora, me hicieron la entrevista via telefónica y luego me indicaron lugar,fecha y hora donde tenía que llevar mis documentos para concretar el contrato.
I remember that in a conversation with a friend I had told her that I wanted and needed to work, she told me at that time that they were looking for personnel to work in a Call Center as a Teleoperator, they interviewed me by phone and then they told me the place, date and time where I had to bring my documents to finalize the contract.
Por 15 días recibí el curso y por 15 dias "Primeros Pasos" dónde se practica cómo atender el cliente,protocolo y toda información. Al principio me costó mucho el coordinarme de hablar,tener escucha activa y recordar los pasos a realizar por gestión🙆💆 sobre todo la escucha activa jajajajaa por el ejemplo si la gestión era para hacer un cambio de plan,me concentraba tanto que dejaba de hablar y el cliente hablando sólo🙆y éso se toma cómo abandono al trabajo o maltrato al cliente😅me causaba mucho estrés al inicio mi trabajo. Una de las cosas que me gustaba del trabajo es que había transporte a la hora de la salida y me dejaban muy cerca de casa. Conocí personas muy buena vibra y bonita amistad,al punto que los conocí en el 2012 aproximadamente y aún mantengo el trato con varios de ellos,a pesar que la comunicación no a sido constante.
For 15 days I received the course and for 15 days "First Steps" where you practice how to serve the customer, protocol and all information. At the beginning it was very difficult for me to coordinate my speaking, to have active listening and to remember the steps to be done by management🙆💆 especially active listening hahaha for example if the management was to make a change of plan, I concentrated so much that I stopped talking and the customer talking alone🙆 and that is taken as abandonment to work or mistreatment to the customer😅 it caused me a lot of stress at the beginning of my work. One of the things I liked about the job is that there was transportation at the time of departure and I was dropped off very close to home. I met people with a very good vibe and nice friendship, to the point that I met them in 2012 approximately and I still keep in touch with several of them, although communication has not been constant.
Me gustaba mucho los Viernes temáticos ya que por ejemplo anunciaban que el Viernes iba a ser del tema black and white, Pues nos íbamos con alguna prenda de vestir color black o white a trabajar y pues fue algo divertido y diferente hacerlo cómo al igual había días que era de bailoterapia y no faltaba a una bailoterapia💃jajajajaa.
Amaba Diciembre porque en Diciembre nos daban una caja con productos por ejemplo un frasco con durazno en almíbar, galletas, botella de ron o de ponche de crema al igual que artículos de comida, turrón de maní y muchas cosas más aproximadamente era entre 25 a 30 artículos que contenía la caja no recuerdo y ya aproximadamente el 20 de Diciembre hacían la fiesta de fin de año. En el comedor teníamos una mesa de fútbol y me gusta mucho así perdiera Jaja y algo que me encantaba era la máquina de golosinas saben de meter por una ranura un billete acorde al costo de lo que se quería comprar; saldría el vuelto y el producto compré en su momento muchas galletas, chocolate, y refresco Jajaja
I really liked the themed Fridays because for example they would announce that Friday was going to be black and white, so we would go to work with some black or white clothes and it was something fun and different to do it as well as there were days that were dance therapy days and I did not miss a dance therapy💃jajajajajaa.
I loved December because in December they would give us a box with products such as a jar with peaches in syrup, cookies, a bottle of rum or cream punch as well as food items, peanut brittle and many other things, approximately 25 to 30 items in the box, I don't remember, and on December 20 they would have a New Year's Eve party. In the dining room we had a soccer table and I liked it a lot even if I lost haha and something I loved was the candy machine you know to put a bill through a slot according to the cost of what you wanted to buy; the change would come out and the product I bought at the time many cookies, chocolate, and soda haha.
La única queja que pude tener ese trabajo es que no éramos muy bien pagado y nunca nos quisieron aumentar el salario por lo tanto hubo un descontento general y crearon un Sindicato que en pocas palabras no supieron hacer bien las gestiones y en vez de ayudarnos a que nos mejoraran el sueldo, pues la empresa decidió declararse en quiebra para así hacer una clase de despido masivo o Total, no sé cómo explicar ésta parte ya que fuimos despedidos todos, qué al igual muy bien sabíamos que no era por quiebra porque la empresa es transnacional y tuve entendido en su momento que hasta internacional es decir tenía varias sedes. Confieso y admito que extraño mucho ese trabajo y porque a pesar de que no recibíamos un buen sueldo pues teníamos muchos beneficios cómo los que le mencioné anteriormente y además había un buen ambiente laboral. Y hasta el día de hoy no he tenido un trabajo qué superé a éste. Ésa ultima foto fue una vez que ya casi todos habían bajado a la salida y aproveché de jugar una de las sillas,desplazándome por el pasillo jajaja
