Hola amigas!!! Bienvenidos a mi post y en esta oportunidad estoy muy contenta de responder estas preguntas tan enriquecedoras! Quiero compartir con ustedes hermosas y empoderadas mujeres de @ladiesofhive lo que me inspira cada día de mi vida, así que comencemos!!!
1️⃣ ¿Quién en tu vida te inspira a convertirte en la mejor versión de ti mismo y cómo lo hace?
Esta pregunta tiene una respuesta muy directa e importante y son mis hijas: Ellas son el motor de mi vida que me impulsa cada día hacer la versión mejorada de mi misma. Tengo dos niñas pequeñas de 7 y 5 años y paso a paso vamos juntas construyendo un estilo de vida agradable para las 3, hemos aprendido a compartir el tiempo juntas y conocer nuestros caracteres y valorarnos como personas.
Cuando dicen que nuestros hijos son como “una esponja” porque absorben todo lo que ven en su hogar, no se está bromeando. En realidad así lo es, me he dado cuenta que muchas de sus aptitudes y actitudes son mi reflejo, por ende me siento motivada cada día hacer la mejor versión de mi misma para ser un ejemplo palpable de que como mujer podemos llegar muy lejos y que la preparación y disciplina son claves para llegar a nuestras metas.
Lo que me ha ayudado a mi a ser constante es la planificación, siempre trato de organizar mi semana con mis propias cosas y las actividades con mis hijas, que vean en mí que me ocupo del hogar y mi trabajo pero sin dejarlas a un lado. Cuando estoy en mis 2 días libres laborales sacamos el 100% de provecho en disfrutarnos y en el transcurso de semana me levanto un poco más temprano que ellas para dejarles actividades durante el día, así cuando llego en la noche del trabajo analizamos juntas sus tareas, platicamos nuestro día en la cena y comparto con ellas un poco más cada noche.
No voy a negar que es un poco agotador, a veces estoy muy cansada del trabajo y lo que quiero hacer es acostarme directo a la cama, pero mis hijas valen muchísimo más y hacer ese esfuerzo extra es lo que me inyecta ánimos cada día. Verlas crecer y contemplarlas en su desarrollo le da propósito a mi vida y una inspiración que vale la pena cada minuto de mi ser.
Las amo muchísimo hijitas mías! Que Dios me las bendiga siempre.

1️⃣ Who in your life inspires you to become the best version of yourself and how do they do it??
This question has a very direct and important answer and that is my daughters: They are the engine of my life that drives me every day to become the best version of myself. I have two little girls, 7 and 5 years old and step by step we are building together a nice lifestyle for the 3 of us, we have learned to share time together and to know our characters and value each other as people.
When they say that our children are like "a sponge " because they absorb everything they see at home, they are not joking. I have realized that many of their skills and attitudes are my reflection, therefore I feel motivated every day to make the best version of myself to be a tangible example that as a woman we can go far and that preparation and discipline are key to reach our goals.
What has helped me to be constant is planning, I always try to organize my week with my own things and activities with my daughters, so that they see in me that I take care of the home and my work but without leaving them aside. When I am on my 2 days off from work we make the most of it by enjoying each other and during the week I get up a little earlier than them to leave them activities during the day, so when I come home from work at night we analyze their homework together, we talk about our day at dinner and I share with them a little more each night.
I will not deny that it is a bit exhausting, sometimes I am very tired from work and what I want to do is go straight to bed, but my daughters are worth so much more and making that extra effort is what gives me courage every day. Watching them grow and contemplating their development gives purpose to my life and an inspiration that is worth every minute of my being.
