LOH WEEK #199 Working outside or working from home??

Hello Ladies… How are you today?? Hope you have a nice day.

Seeing in the #LOH forum this week #199 the question caught my attention. And I am interested in joining the contest that is currently running this week with the question

  1. Based on your own job search and work experience, which do you prefer, working from home as a freelancer, or working outside the home that provides a stable monthly salary? Why?
    𝐀𝐍𝐃 / 𝐎𝐑 ~
  2. Exploring how each option (Freelancing vs. Traditional Job) affects work-life balance, considering factors such as time management, personal freedom, and client vs employer demands.

2 interrelated questions. But because I have work experience. So I am interested in sharing my opinion on question number 1

Based on your own job search and work experience, which do you prefer, working from home as a freelancer, or working outside the home that provides a stable monthly salary? Why?

Every job has its own risks depending on how we deal with it. In terms of past experience. Working outside the home makes us meet many fellow creatures. Can socialize with friends and superiors.

Very different from working freelance, work that only takes a lot of time in front of the computer without meeting directly with fellow creatures.

In addition, working outside the home certainly we have a stable salary with events that are certainly different every time. When working freelance of course we cannot predict the salary we will get. In terms of income differences, of course many choose to work outside the home with a fixed income.

But in terms of time, of course there are many striking comparisons, because workers outside the home are not allowed to just take a day off, because each holiday has been determined by each Company or place where we work. Very different from freelancers who of course have a lot of free time depending on the type of work taken.

I chose to resign from working outside the home for several reasons a few years ago, and now I am trying my luck in freelance work.

I started working from the beginning of graduating from high school, because at that time someone offered me a job. And after 5 years, I decided to leave that job.

With the presence of my child, I decided to let it all go. With various factors, besides the workplace being quite far away, there was also no one to look after my child. And other factors.

Of course, it is not easy to let go of that. With many friends at work and also a stable salary. But it must be let go. From that experience and also the current experience, when I work freelance from home by sharing stories with friends at HIVE.

And now I am quite happy with the past experience. And now I am starting to freelance. Of course, even though the salary is not stable, it makes me quite satisfied, because I am not left behind by the development of my child who is now 3 years old.

Although working outside is very enjoyable, working at home is also very enjoyable. Because working from home allows me to explore more of the abilities that I have ignored so far without fear of being scolded for not following the rules.

of course with the choice that I take now. I am quite grateful because I can accompany my child. take care of my little family and make sure he grows up healthy and becomes a smart child

as i said earlier, that every job has its risks and every choice has its story.. thank you for reading my story and my opinion. see u
