I was driving to work today when I heard on the radio that legendary American rock star Jon Bon Jovi had saved a woman from jumping off a bridge in Nashville, Tennessee.
“We would like to thank Jon Bon Jovi and his team for helping a woman on the John Zeigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge on Tuesday night,” the Nashville Police Department said, ”Bon Jovi was instrumental in convincing the woman to step down safely from the railing.”

The Nashville Police Department also released a YouTube video of the incident, which I found and watched.
The video shows a woman precariously standing on the railing of a bridge over the Cumberland River.
Bon Jovi was walking across the bridge with a camera crew when he noticed the woman clinging to the railing, facing the river.
According to CNN and other news outlets, the day before, Bon Jovi had visited the Geigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge to film a music video for her song “People's House.
He cautiously approached the woman standing on the railing with another woman, and the three appeared to talk for about a minute.
The two then lifted the woman and moved her to the inside of the railing to ensure her safety.
A moment later, Bon Jovi hugged the woman tightly.

I googled him.
Formed in 1983 and celebrating their 40th anniversary this year, the Bone Jovi had numerous hits, including “Livin' on a Prayer,” “It's My Life,” and “Always,” and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
The JBJ Soul Foundation, which Bon Jovi founded in 2006, helps people in crisis, including homelessness, and Bon Jovi has reportedly received training on how to talk to people in crisis.
In February, he was reportedly named MusicCares Person of the Year for his philanthropic efforts.

Kudos to him for his good deeds. This is very touching news.
I also want to be a person who follows his good deeds.
Let us all emulate his good deeds.

I'm writing this post because I think we should all emulate his good deeds.
