This a very sore or should i say sensitive topic as religion usually is. My view on religion is and has always been is that it is man made. What i mean mean by this is that man decided to seperate themselves from others as society does regularly and give it a name, yes there are alit of Good things about religion and for me mostly it brings discipline to most people. I grew up in a "christian" family and for the most part it has made me a better person, the thing i do not agree with is like you you said the judgement that religious people seem to so freely throw about when most religions preach that we are not to judge. I believe spiritualism is having a personal relationship with God that you choose to believe in and its just that, a private personal relationship and journey, it has nothing to do with anyone else.
