Very interesting. We been looking for something like this. We are currently in Turkey, and have been looking around for a larger plot of land to start something similar. I have been a Bitcoin hodler for a while, and we moved to Turkey because of the favorable laws and easy access to exchanges.
Bulgaria isn't totally out of the question.
The community is more important then the location.
