Happy weekend EcoTrain family and I believe we are ready to take that much strength and relax before another new week takes over.
It's a privilege to be alive this morning and seeing the bright day makes me positive that things will go well with us till the end of the day.
When I was very young, I never fully understood the meaning of these words; Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient (these are qualities to describe who God is). Growing up, I began to understand what they truly meant.
Omnipresent means being everywhere. Omnipotent means being powerful while Omniscient means knowing all.
How amazing to know that our God is Omnipresent, meaning He is present everywhere and no matter what we do in secret, even if no one sees us, we would definitely know that God sees and knows all. This is why it is always easy for Him to defend His own children by guiding them against any evil that might happen which they do not know.
“Can a man hide himself in hiding places
So I do not see him?” declares the Lord.
“Do I not fill the heavens and the earth?” declares the Lord.
Jeremiah 23:24
Can a man really hide himself? God created heaven and earth and His eyes are everywhere, knowing those who do good and evil and He is ready to pay us according to our deeds on earth. The truth is, we can never escape from God. If we think man does not see us when we are taking the bad steps to hurt another fellow, someone up there is seeing everything and even though He gives you chance to repent, and you do not for a specific period of time, you might be invoking His wrath down on you.
Then, I would always steal meat in the pot and would cover up my lies which of course they do not know unless someone sees me to report. I am always careful to carry my bad actions with no one watching. The day I realize God's eyes are everywhere even to the deepest pit, I began to be conscious of what I do, knowing someone else is watching me up there.
Up to this moment, I am always afraid of carrying out wrong steps because in one way, I would be exposed even if no one was there detailing what I have done.
So many people are so heartless that they carry their evil works by killing others and would clean their mess up as soon as possible. The good part of God is that there is always a way of repercussions in the future. A day you will never imagine would come by because you think no one saw you then, but God is everywhere. Won't He see it all?
God who sits in heaven and made the earth His footstool, watching silently every action of His creatures both beings and animals, He will definitely reward us when the time comes.
So, this weekend, I want us to remember that whatever we think we are doing secretly and no one sees us, God is watching us clearly and recording every step we are taking. The truth is even if you are trying to hurt another person, He will not allow it because we are God's children and He wouldn't sit down watching His beloved suffer in the hands of the wicked ones.
