Greetings to all the team of the @ecoTrain community. I find myself motivated to participate in the question of the week, referred to: Can spirituality and technology coexist?
The question is very interesting, since when I watch my 6 year old nephew playing with his father's cell phone, I am very impressed by the mastery he has to turn on the cell phone and quickly locate himself in the application that has to do with children's games. I am left watching the way he plays and the way he scrolls through the screen of the device. If a child as young as 6 years old, shows satisfaction with the children's games inside the cell phone, then I wonder about the advantages and conveniences that technology brings to people.

It gives me great joy and admiration, how a 6 year old child can have mastery over a small technological part of children's games. It is necessary to recognize that technology and its progress are of many benefits and advantages for humanity and for the improvement of the quality of life of people who take refuge in technology as an option to seek benefits.

About three years ago, I had a cell phone which, although it was very comfortable, did not have enough applications to deepen the communication through the internet and other technological means. I recently decided to buy another cell phone with enough advantages for communication and research, and I was really surprised by all the technological advances that are in the designs of new cell phones. In other words, as time goes on, technology is increasing and in greater volumes of benefits and advantages for mankind. I also remember my first "pc" computer, it was very huge, now with the new technology we can acquire "Lapto" and even in cell phones we can also do our research work.

With advanced technology, we can now communicate through the internet and other means with friends who are far away in other countries. In the same way, I remember when I submitted a resume for a job, I did it personally, now with the advanced technology, it can be mailed to different latitudes of the world.

Technology has come to satisfy to a great extent, many needs of mankind. There are many areas of life in which technology has a positive influence, for example, in medicine, if a person has a certain disease, you can immediately know its cause, using the different technologies designed for the area of health.

There are Gyms, which have very sophisticated equipment that allow us to strengthen our health by doing exercises in them. These equipments are products of a very advanced technology, that come to bring benefits to people who are concerned about maintaining a balance in their body.

We live in an era in which we can transport ourselves from one place to another, either by car, airplanes, boats and other relevant means, all this has been possible thanks to the technological progress that humanity has experienced. With the passage of time, man cannot remain in the past, as tomorrow's technology will be superior and more advanced than today's technology. Yesterday, only one foot was placed on the moon, today, with advanced technology, new planets and new galaxies have been explored.

Finally, considering all the above, I can say that technology is of great benefit to mankind, which requires a harmonious coexistence between the two, so that man continues to find satisfaction in the midst of all his needs.
