A good electricity source with a good power communication system with infinite water supply and lesser tax's charges.
Farmers should be empowered and equiped with finance and good farming tools and machinery's, improve fertilizer for their crops etc.
Free Education can as well be awarded to the less privilege for the parent easy task to meet up their Target and their daily upkeeps.
