Internal monologue means a statement which comes out from the heart and that is 100% true and there is some emotion on it also. Today i am going to share an incident which is directly related to me and how i am feeling good. Read it please..
As you know i have a small store which is situated in a better location as per market perspective and i pay some rent for this means it is in lease. The land lord of said premises has fixed a monthly rent near about $170 per month for first year and after one year it goes increased by $183 per month but just after renewal this year in March the pandemic has knocked the market and people all over the world but any way i paid $183X3 = $549 for the month of March, May and June 2020 after that i started facing fund problems because i was not getting money from my customers hence stopped the rent after June. I could not reached to pay the rent on fixed date on July 2020, same happened for July and August but the unexpected incident happened and it was unbelievable for me.
He has already waived up the rent of April 2020 and again waived of all pending months and reduce the rent more than 50% and now it is been fixed at $75 only. My Internal monologue says that it was unexpectable at all.
Why he reduced rent?
I don't know about his inner thoughts but whatever he has told me during the discussion only those i will keep here.
He asked me about my problems and i said everything which were true, after listening me he told me only one thing that if you want to do your business continue then i don't have problem at all you can do same free without paying any amount as rent but you have to pay the electric bill every month. It was a unexpected offer for me but i deny to accept the term free and i putted my point that i want to give $75 per month because i don't want to take free advantage or earn money totally free, he again asked me that are you sure? i said yes i can give this amount and electric bill per month then he told me go ahead.
I tried to know about the unexpected mercy from him, after many efforts he only told me that i like your positive attitude towards the business and as a person you are a true and well behaved man. He also told me that i know you have children also therefore i don't want to say you leave the shop, God will help you ahead.
Conclusion behind this type of incident
In conclusion i would like to say that if any person maintained his/her natural behavior then there are chances to get benefits from it, because in my first year of business i never become default in order to date and time it means i was punctual at all. I never misbehave with him or his family members. I always told truth to him about anything. I always behave naturally everywhere hence forth some people like me and some people hate me and some people doesn't understand me properly. He has now became as my Godfather and i will never forget his mercy at all.
