We, Filipinos love to celebrate Christmas, that is why we already hear Christmas songs in this month of September and it becomes great when spend with our families. We can also see people caroling on the streets or even in our houses. When Christmas comes people's happy faces is evident as this signifies giving and sharing not just to our own families but most of all to the needy.

Last Sunday, we decided to make our own Christmas tree, since we only have the small one, we made a bigger one which we only utilized any materials we have at home; like straw, used papers and our old lights. My children also were very excited to see our own made Christmas tree that they really liked to help in making it. Before when there was still face to face classes, they used to help also in making this in their classroom, but now because of pandemic, there is a lot of changes. But I am glad that they still remembered and know the worth of celebrating Christmas.

The day before Sunday, my youngest son helped in cutting the used papers and did try to connect it to form a new décor, that is why we were able to finish it early for we already prepared all the needed materials. I could see the excitement on his face as he helped us.

At Sunday night, we lighted our first made Christmas tree. Seeing colored lights gives more happiness not just to our home but to my children. Even at this times of pandemic, we still need to see the good sides ahead of us. So that's how my beautiful Sunday went. Thanks for visiting my post.
