Removing all of our human rights, no the Corona Measures weren't the start of that - Short Dive (November 27, 2021)

Fear is how it really started. When the World Trade Centers were burning in 2001, governments around the world were blaming "terrorists". People who lived in the Middle East who were supposedly responsible. We were told they could be in every street corner, always watching and getting ready to attack us. What the governments then said was that they needed to invade these regions, and they needed to reduce our freedoms for security.

The steps they quickly made were:

  • Camera surveillance everywhere.
  • The internet and phones were tapped and data collected and stored.
  • We (here in western Europe) were forced to carry our government ID with us always.
  • The police suddenly had permission to kick in your door if they had suspicions, they no longer needed to get permission from a court.
  • Checks at airports became tougher and automated systems were built, using international databases with information.
  • The first steps towards controlling content on the internet were made. "Dangerous" speech that included hate speech or terrorist speech were being watched and eventually banned and/or prosecuted.

Yes, fear is how it's done, and how they always succeed. By simply repeating the scary things. Because that's a biological effect. Or rather, a collective memory of our herd that is humanity. When we are afraid, we look at those in power to "protect" us. And we consider financial or political power as actual "power". We will be prepared to give up some of our rights for protection from the "Alpha's" of the pack.

And when resistance against the wars all over the first finally because so big they could not longer ignore it, a "dangerous virus" hit.

Since then the removal of human rights continued, but much faster than before.
Some examples:

  • Freedom of speech completely removed from centralized social media.
  • Freedom of assembly restricted or removed in several countries.
  • Forced passports to be able to work or go into stores or bars and restaurants.
  • Freedom of the press completely removed, with journalists like Julian Assange being locked up and facing life in prison. Other journalists censored and / or arrested as well.
  • Bodily autonomy completely removed, being forced to take experimental vaccinations, or being coerced to do so.
  • Public badmouthing and smearing dissident voices by the governments and media.
  • Public police violence, with no consequences for the police involved.

And it doesn't end there. And all of this is being done by consent through fear. If the people would not consent to this, this would never be possible.

Solutions? I don't have a direct solution at this moment, except perhaps education to try to establish a paradigm shift. And we need to move fast with that. Make sure the people start realizing that fear is based on ignorance and lies. And that giving up your rights does not make you more secure, it in fact makes you more dependent, and that brings you into an actual risky situation. The opposite should be the goal, individual independence and working together with others to attempt to become free. Free from fear, and free from control from above.
