I see no reason to expect that. Reverse engineering technology based on unknown scientific understanding requires gaining that scientific understanding. Much science is based on fundamental principles, that not understanding renders everything dependent on them incomprehensible.

A good example of this is the megalithic constructions around the world that obviously required rendering the native stones used plastic. The marks of trowels used to smooth and generally shape those stones remains on their surfaces, and despite this obvious evidence that has been available for centuries no one yet has been able to replicate this technology and actually understand how these structures were built. Such very basic technology involving common materials would be likely to be far simpler to understand than anything we'd find on the moon or Mars, yet we are completely baffled how it was done.

Just because we know someone did something doesn't mean we know how to do it ourselves. Perhaps your assumptions regarding such technology would be rational if you yourself understood it and were therefore able to support your assumptions with actual evidence. Instead you project on me such imagination, which does not support your claims, but rather rhetorically dodges the need for such support. That won't support your assumptions.
