Nowadays, people are downright lazy. An average attention span is eight seconds. One can share top-secret files with the masses but people will either refuse to read them, or they'll proclaim them to be conspiracy theories (or hoaxes). Well, there are certain files that should be read by everyone. On a daily basis, we read a lot of crap, so, why not dedicate an hour to read a document, even though it might seem to be far-fetched? One of those documents is "Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars", which was found in an IBM copier, on July 7th, 1986. I'll be posting the analysis thereof.

World War 3 was started on May 29th, 1954, at the first Bilderberg Conference. "Operations Research", was a program started by the British Intelligence during WW2.
Their goal is to establish the automation of society through usage of the silent weapons, including biological warfare (as stated in a previous screenshot). It is all about the mind.
Vaccines, sugar, the music industry, pornography & TV PROGRAMS are true weapons of mass destruction.

The chief of Staff of the Rockefeller Foundation quickly realized the potential of the new electronic-deciphering data (military) systems. The Harvard project, funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and the U.S. Gov. offered promising results, which indicated the ability to control the world "with a push of a button".
The results of the Harvard project suggested the feasibility of the economic (a.k.a. social) engineering. In 1954, the first hardware was already ready for usage, which explains why the "International Elite (bankers, monarchs, and politicians)" held a meeting (Bilderberg Conference, 1954), and declared a Quiet War (WW3).
It is rather interesting that computers are in this document called "the silent weapons system". There is a reason why you can access the technology with ease...
In the section "Foreward", you can read about the people who verified the validity of this particular document. Feel free to dissolve all doubts, 'cause Elite is really implementing this plan! This is the first post concerning this document. I'll most likely publish the second part tomorrow.
