as I mentioned in last month's power-up post I changed my power-up strategy. Instead of powering up all at once on the Power-up day I decided to power up whenever I have liquid hive on my account after trading the Author HBD rewards to Hive, and then powering up all those liquid Hives into my account.
I think I missed one step last month, I should have seen how much I get from the curation rewards in total when I still used the same strategy so that I could compare the rewards that I got after I changed the strategy. I think the rewards is increasing nicely because whenever I open my account in the morning or at night when I finally have time to be active on the chain I notice I get a good amount of curation. However, I should also take into consideration my voting behavior, which is less likely to be able to maximize the reward with a good curation window, as I mostly do my curation whenever I can, with whatever voting weight I want and my voting power allowed.
I think I got 47 HP as the curation reward last month, something that already put a big smile on my face because I would never have imagined I could ever do that in the past, but that is actually achievable. Here are the stats from hivestats on my account for the last 30 days
And for now, on the Power-up day, I still want to participate with at least 10 liquid hives, so that I will still be eligible for the glowing hivebuzz badge.
and today Power up-up I have 46 Liquid HIVE.
With that now my account is standing at 12.318 HP at the start of November, so I think I could reach 13K maybe in the middle of December, and 15K is achievable maybe the latest in the middle of 2025.
So how has your strategy going? will you still be powering up regularly despite the current Hive price?
