# Sincronía Perfecta de Amor y Tiempo Claudia mira su reloj por sexta ocasión, pero Alejandro aún no llega a buscarla. Bastante contrariada, emprende la marcha rápidamente con dirección a la estación del metro. Mientras camina de prisa, revisa su teléfono con la esperanza de leer un mensaje que la calme. Pero su inquietud se confunde con la rabia al no encontrar ningún mensaje de su novio. Al llegar a la estación, bastante cerca de donde vive, se sorprende al descubrir que la misma está abarrotada de personas. Suspira con desgano y enojo, al darse cuenta de que su mañana está bastante retrasada y extraña en todos los sentidos. Al llegar al andén, se consigue un mar de gente esperando el siguiente tren. Mientras espera, no puede dejar de pensar en como pudo haberse quedado dormida y su despertador no funcionar, precisamente hoy, cuando tiene una de las citas más importantes para su carrera profesional. Se lamenta de no haberle comunicado antes a su novio de la cita, pero quería darle la sorpresa. Como lo había hecho antes, Alejandro acudió donde sus padres y allí paso la noche. Si tan solo le hubiera comentado, el seguro se hubiera quedado con ella y sin duda, estaría esperando en el lobby del edificio donde tendría su importante entrevistado de promoción y no exasperada en la estación porque el tren al centro nada que llega. — ¡Claudia! ¡Hola!— escucha, que le gritan desde la escalera que comunica hacia la salida del andén— ¡Vente, que no hay trenes en servicio!— le insiste Andrea, su amiga y vecina del piso inferior. Sin poder dar crédito a lo que escucha, se abre paso entre el gran tumulto de personas, todas retrasadas la mañana de este miércoles. Al llegar donde su amiga, de inmediato, le pregunta: — ¿Qué está sucediendo?— Andrea la ve con un aire de frustración y le responde: — Me llamo Roberto y me dice que el servicio de trenes está suspendido. Algo paso en el tren de las 7:30, pero aún no sabe exactamente que.— Claudia se sobresalta, ya que ese es el tren que habitualmente toman cuando van al centro de la ciudad. — ¿Y entonces como llegamos al centro? ¡Dios, esto no me puede estar pasando!— exclama con un dejo de desesperación. Mientras le explica a su amiga lo importante que es el hecho de que debe ir de inmediato al centro, esta la interrumpe para atender una llamada de su esposo Roberto, quien trabaja como supervisor de servicios en la empresa de trenes. Observa como Andrea cambia su expresión, antes bastante calmada, por una más penumbrosa. Después de terminar de hablar, se acerca a ella, quien ahora está bastante compungida. — ¿Qué sucede Andrea? — Hubo un atentado terrorista en el tren de las siete treinta y al parecer hay muchos muertos y heridos, — y de inmediato se echa a llorar.— ¡Dios mío, pudimos ser nosotras Claudia!— mientras la abraza con fuerza. Claudia cae en cuenta que, aunque tenía una semana de permiso en su trabajo, cada mañana subía al tren de las siete treinta acompañadas de Andrea. Mientras se abrazan y consuelan mutuamente, el teléfono de Claudia repica en ese momento. Al revisar, es un mensaje de su trabajo, donde le informan que la cita de la mañana para promoverla de cargo ha sido suspendida por el atentado ocurrido más temprano y que esperan, les informe de su estado. Contesta con otro mensaje, debido a que con la congestión de las líneas telefónicas, se le hizo imposible comunicarse. Al terminar de enviar el mensaje, su teléfono le indica un nuevo mensaje de voz. Rápidamente, escucha el mensaje dejado por su novio, quien, en un tono de voz muy amoroso, le dice: ***«Amor lindo, espero hayas descansado un poco más hoy. Esa alarma tan temprano nos es buena si estás de permiso y además, como no estaré allí, ¿para qué levantarte temprano a preparar desayuno? Nos vemos en un rato. Te amo con todo mi corazón. Recuerda, tenemos todo el tiempo del mundo para nosotros. Adiós».*** Después de escuchar el mensaje, Claudia rompe a llorar, pensando en lo afortunada que ha sido hoy. Con lágrimas en los ojos, levanta su mirada al cielo, y agradece por la perfecta sincronía de tiempo y amor en esta mañana bastante extraña.

## Perfect Synchrony of Love and Time Claudia looks at her watch for the sixth time, but Alejandro still hasn't come to pick her up. Quite disgruntled, she hurries off in the direction of the subway station. As she hurries along, she checks her phone in the hope of reading a message that will calm her down. But her concern is mixed with anger when she finds no news from her boyfriend. When she arrives at the station, quite close to where she lives, she is surprised to discover that it is crowded with people. She sighs reluctantly and angrily, realizing that her morning is quite late and strange in every way. When she gets to the platform, she finds a sea of people waiting for the next train. As she waits, she can't stop thinking about how she could have overslept and her alarm clock not working, precisely today, when she has one of the most important appointments for her professional career. She regrets not having told her boyfriend about the appointment earlier, but she wanted to surprise him. As he had done before, Alejandro went to his parent's house and spent the night there. If only she had told him, he would have stayed with her and she would have been waiting in the lobby of the building where she would have her important promotional interview and not been exasperated at the station because the train to the center never arrived. — Claudia, hello,— she hears shouted from the stairs leading to the platform exit, — Come on, there are no trains in service,— insists Andrea, her friend, and neighbor on the lower floor.
