Students are asked to be active in submitting creativity program proposals

Students are reminded to take advantage of the extension of time for acceptance of student creativity program proposals. With the extended time and the number of proposals received increases, the opportunity to pass proposals is more open.

This was said by the Head of the Malikussaleh University Center for Student Creativity (PKM), Prof. Dr. M Sayuti, when he was a presenter in the webinar which took place last Thursday (22/2/2021).

In the activity carried out by the Department of Development Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University, Prof. Sayuti reminded that proposals that had been rejected the previous year could still be submitted again with various revisions so that they could be accepted.

"With the increase in clusters from three to two, the number of proposals that can be submitted by Malikussaleh University students increased to 666 proposals. This is an opportunity for students to immediately submit, "explained Prof. Sayuti, who hoped for guidance from lecturers in writing and revising student proposals.

Prof. Sayuti also reminded a proposal that was rejected last year could be submitted again with a number of improvements deemed necessary. "Don't forget, adjust it to this year's guidebook," continued Prof. Sayuti in a webinar hosted by the Secretary of the Development Economics Department, Devi Andriyani MSi.

Opened by the Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Malikussaleh, Hijri Juliansyah MEc, the webinar activity was attended by around 45 students from various generations. Apart from students, a number of lecturers also attended, including Dr. Ratna Husein, Dr. Adnan, and the Head of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Dr. Naufal Bachri.

Head of the Development Economics Department, Dr. Murtala, said that the webinar was conducted to arouse student interest in submitting creativity proposals which take place every year. "We hope that last year's experience can be used as a lesson so that more student proposals meet the requirements," said Murtala.***
