I was surprised to read in Canva group on Facebook some people asking where is color picker tool in Canva.
But then I realized this tool (also known as Eyedropper tool) is recently introduced feature in Canva and plus there isn’t any keyboard shortcut for it. You can’t find it on menu, so it’s kinda hidden away from the user.
Don’t worry I got you covered.
First here is short video guide on how to find and use color picker in Canva.
While there please take the opportunity to subscribe to my channel, it’s still new and needs support. Thanks!
Easy, right?
This does not apply to graphic elements in Canva, this works only for photos.
However there’s a simple workaround so you can pick a color from a graphic element.
You need to click on the background itself, outside of the graphic to enable Background color button on the top menu. From there you can access color picker as shown in the video tutorial.
Than as usual you can move the tool over graphic element (cute cat in this case) and select color from any pixel you want.
I hope you find this short guide useful.
