Hello series addicts, it's Tuesday and I'm here again to tell you how episode 6 of the seventh season of Billions was. So if you don't like spoilers, don't continue reading.
This was an episode that can be treated as a transition episode in the season. It is something that the scriptwriters do a lot during the seasons, they leave the quality for the first and last chapters.
But let's go to the summary of the chapter. Our friends from the traveling Axe Capital have teamed up and have a plan to put an end to Mike's presidential objective. And how do you defeat a giant who is much stronger than you? Simple you have to undermine its foundations.
So the boys' first objective is to remove Kate Sacker from the game board so that she can't help Mike. But some last-minute advice from dad kept good old Kate from abandoning ship.
If you can't undermine a giant's foundations you can make her believe she's not that giant. In other words, Mike's morale must be undermined. And who better than Wendy to undermine Mike's morale and make him give up on his plans to (save or enslave) the world.
But Mike also has allies and his wife was not going to let Mike fall into that hole. The bad thing is that he may have realized Wendy's intentions.
We will see how the war breaks out in the next chapter.
