When a star is born everybody knows it, you don't need proof, you don't need a CV, you don't even need an audition to confirm. It's written in their walk, their talk, their laugh, their smile, and their facial expressions.
Many of you who have been following my posts would know by now that my favorite actor is Dwanye D'Rock Johnson. But today I don't feel like honoring that title because this prompt question has struck a nerve and forced me to think harder on the why? and how??
And at the end of my pondering, I finally discover that the actors who made me fall in love with movies and spoiler alert!!, It's not Dwanye D'Rock Johnson.
- Eddie Murphy: Eddie Murphy whose full name is Eddie Regan Murphy, was born on April 13, 1961. His first appearance in the show business began at the Saturday night live show in 1980 and he was one of the best stand-up comedians of his time.
He is well known for his roles in comedy movies like the nutty professor, Dr. Do little, and DreamWorks animation Shrek, where he voiced Donkey. But what I recently discovered was that he also starred in the Mulan animation film in 1998 where he voiced Mushu the Chinese dragon. Now I understand why that crazy dragon was my favorite character in that film. He's voice acting simply gave life to Mushu in every way possible.

Why EDDIE Regan Murphy is my favorite Actor?
Well, it is simple. Eddie Murphy is a man of comedy. His ability to create comedy in every role he plays is just astonishing. Combined with his performance ability, like playing several characters in a movie. For example, Saul and Clearance are both characters in the barber shop scene in coming to America, but I never would have guessed that Saul was Eddie Murphy even if I had a thousand years to think about it.
And also the fact that I prefer comedy movies to every other genre makes Eddie Murphy my top pick.
In conclusion,
Eddie Regan Murphy is my favorite actor because he inspires me to laugh, even in hard times. And with his portrayal of some iconic characters like the Nutty Professor, Dr. Do little, Prince Akeem Joffer, etc. It becomes very difficult not to laugh.
Eddie Murphy is a master of comedy, his words tell the joke while his facial expression conveys the story.
