250 € für 2 Vereine
Auch im Dezember gehen wieder 250 € an zwei gute Zwecke.

Arbeiterwohlfahrt
Lange war die AWO mit dabei, musste aber immer wieder andere Vereine an sich vorbeiziehen lassen. Im Dezember hat es jetzt für den ersten Platz mit nun insgesamt 19 Stimmen gereicht.
Damit gehen die 150 € an die AWO.

The AWO has been in the running for a long time, but has always had to let other associations pass it by. In December, it was now enough for first place with a total of 19 votes.

Der zweiten Platz geht mit insgesamt 9 Stimmen und 671 % den Auszeit e.V..
Die 100 € sind gut angelegt in der Unterstützung der Kindersozialarbeit im Kreis Groß-Gerau.

The €100 is well invested in supporting children's social work in the district of Groß-Gerau.
Nachhaltig spenden!
Damit ist auch die Dezemberspende noch in 2023 zu ihrem Ziel unterwegs. Insgesamt konntet ihr in 2023 darüber entscheiden welche 23 Vereine insgesamt 3.000 € erhalten haben.
Wir ihr vielleicht wisst, bestreite ich diese Spenden aus meinen Tantiemen, die ich als Aufsichtsrat erhalte. Da ich nicht auf ewig Aufsichtsrat sein werde, mache ich mir schon länger Gedanken, wie ich die Spenden auch später noch machen kann, wenn ich kein Aufsichtsrat mehr bin.
Mein Plan ist es ab 2024 einen eigenen Account aufzubauen, der über HBD Savings Gelder generiert, um diese dann spenden zu können. Daran darf sich dann gerne jeder beteiligen.
Optimalerweise kann ich das als eine Art Stiftung aufbauen, damit erstens rechtlich klar ist, wem dieser Account und damit auch die HBD gehören, und zweitens Spender / Stifter mit Spendenquittungen versehen werden können, so dass es auch attraktiv ist, dem Account etwas zukommen zu lassen.
Sollte mir das nicht gelingen überlege ich, Leuten, die dem Account Gelder zukommen lassen, Token zu senden, die belegen, dass Gelder dort hingesendet wurden. Dann gäbe es eine Art Geld zurück Garantie, sollte der Account einmal aufgelöst werden. Der Token könnte auch übertragen werden etc.
Ihr seht, dass Ganze ist noch nicht voll ausgegoren. Ich will aber daran arbeiten. Einfach nur 250 € pro Monat zu spenden, ist nicht wirklich nachhaltig. Mir wäre es wichtig, etwas aufzubauen, was die nächsten paar Jahre überdauert. Unabhängig davon, werde ich aber natürlich auch in den kommenden Monaten die Vorgehensweise erstmal aufrechterhalten.

Donate sustainably!
This means that the December donation is still on its way to its destination in 2023. In 2023, you were able to decide which 23 associations received a total of €3,000.
As you may know, I make these donations from the royalties I receive as a member of the Supervisory Board. As I won't be a member of the Supervisory Board forever, I've been thinking for some time about how I can still make the donations later when I'm no longer a member of the Supervisory Board.
My plan is to set up my a separate account from 2024 onwards, which will generate funds via HBD Savings so that I can then donate them. Anyone is welcome to participate in this.
Ideally, I can set it up as a kind of foundation so that, firstly, it is legally clear who owns this account and thus also the HBD, and secondly, donors / benefactors can be provided with donation receipts so that it is also attractive to donate to the account.
If I don't succeed in doing this, I'm thinking about sending tokens to people who donate money to the account to prove that money has been sent there. Then there would be a kind of money-back guarantee should the account be closed. The token could also be transferred, etc.
As you can see, the whole thing is not yet fully developed. But I want to work on it. Simply donating €250 a month isn't really sustainable. It's important to me to build something that will last longer than for the next few years. Regardless of this, I will of course continue with this approach in the coming months.
