Performance "Bodies in Metamorphosis" / Performance “Cuerpos en Metamorphosis”

A few months ago I had the opportunity along with an incredible group of artists to participate in a performance event called "Cuerpos en periferia creaciones al margen". In it I was able to explore, through performance, the qualities of movement of my photographic work.

It was an amazing experience, living together and creating this event. I was accompanied by great friends, who are involved in the medium of dance, poetry and art.

In this event I showed my photographs before the presentation; and for the performance crossed by the movement of the butoh dance we were able to create and form images similar to my photographs.

Here I leave you a brief paragraph from a dear friend, pedro marreno Fuentemayor, and I leave you the photographs so you can see the process.

"To be (in) periphery is to be two-sided bilingual membrane with no back.
We discuss and brush against the world inside and the world outside (arbitrary territories). The possibility of the pore."

Hace unos meses tuve la oportunidad junto a un grupo increíble de artistas participar en un evento performatico llamado “Cuerpos en periferia creaciones al margen”. En el pude explorar, a través del performance las cualidades de movimiento de mi trabajo fotográfico.

Fue una experiencia alucinante, convivir y crear este evento. Me acompañaron grandes amigas, quienes se involucran en el medio de la danza, la poesía y el arte.

En este evento mostré mis fotografías antes de la presentación; y para el performance atravesadas por el movimiento de la danza butoh pudimos crear y formar de imágenes similares a mis fotografías.

"Ser (en) periferia es ser membrana bilingüe de dos caras sin espalda.
