Hello hivers❤,Its your favorite blogger @yusufkenny.Today I will be talking and sharing with you how to make pap and the benefits we gain from consuming it.

Pap is a meal mostly considered as breakfast.It made from corn and always in a semi-liquid form when ready for consumption.This meal has a easy procedure while making it without been stressed.

It can also serve as appetizer because its easy to make withing short period of time, u can easily consume that before the proper meal will be ready.

It also a substitute to famous custard, This is a case where some people don't like custard or prefer pap to custard.

Pap is also easy to consume for someone sick or unable to eat heavy food because its lighter.

BENEFITS OF TAKING PAP

  • It healthy for people that have high blood pressure
  • Lower cholesterol
  • It highly beneficial for nursing mother
  • Source of carbohydrates,it gives energy
  • Easy to digest
  • Boost the kidney health

Its always advisable to take light food as breakfast,which pap is a very good example of.it can be serve with beans pudding (moi-moi) and bean buns.

Then u mix it with warm water to change the form to liquid

Allow the water to boil very well

Then you pour the pap mix with warm water inside the boiled water
