- 1 taza de harina de trigo todo uso, 1 huevo, 3 salchichas, 5 almendras, 2 cucharadas de agua, 1/2 cucharada de mantequilla, 1/2 cucharadita de sal, 1 guante plástico, rodillo, 1 cucharadita de ajonjolí.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 egg, 3 sausages, 5 almonds, 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 tablespoon butter , 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 plastic glove, rolling pin, 1 teaspoon of sesame.

- Comenzar por preparar la masa; colocar la harina en un tazón y añadir el agua.
- Start by preparing the dough; place the flour in a bowl and add the water.
- Mezclar con la paleta y agregar la mantequilla y la sal.

- Mezclar e incorporar el huevo.

- Cortar por los bordes hasta obtener la base de la mano.

- Cortar las salchichas a la mitad (en caso que sean gruesas).
- Cut the sausages in half (if they are thick).
- Colocar las salchichas a lo largo de los 5 dedos.
- Place the sausages along the 5 fingers.
- Cubrir con otra capa igual a la base.
- Cover with another layer equal to the base.
- Sellar bien los bordes.
- Seal the edges well.
- Colocar las almendras en en punta de los dedos para las uñas.

- Colocar una taza forrada en aluminio sobre la bandeja, para darle forma.
- Place a foil-lined cup on the tray, to shape it.
- Barnizar con clara de huevo.
- Brush with egg white.
- Hacer cortes con el cuchillo que parezcan los quiebres de los dedos.
- Make cuts with the knife that look like finger breaks.
- Rociar el ajonjolí para darle textura rugosa. Hornear hasta que dore.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds to give it a rough texture. Bake until golden brown.
