What are some foods in your country that everyone likes and rarely rejected? Shashlik is one of such popular dishes in our country. It is one of the main dishes that are usually chosen during holidays, gatherings, and birthdays. It has several recipes and kinds. Every chief has its own recipe. It can be cooked from several kinds of meat. From time to time we go to eat shashlik with my friends at our favorite restaurant. Shashlik's meat is usually marinated and as soon as you order, it will be quickly cooked and brought to you in 20 minutes. Before the shashlik is ready, we ordered bread, hot lemon tea, and 2 types of salads.
The first salad had mushrooms, chicken and beef, black pepper, and mayonnaise. This is my favorite salad))
There were cabbage, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, crackers, and a special sauce added to the second salad.
At last and finally came the expected shashlik. It is difficult to imagine it without marinated onions.
