I will cook chicken and tofu into curry without using it Coconut milk, but the coconut is roasted or stir-fried first.Usually when making chicken curry, you usually use coconut milk. This time... I made it a little different, and the seasoning will look thicker and more fragran
The ingredients for the curry spices are:
. 500 grams Chicken
• 8 pieces of tofu
. 10 red cayenne peppers, to taste
. 15 cloves red onion,
. 3 cloves garlic,
. coriander,
. candlenuts,
. lime leaves,
. lemongrass,
. Turmeric 1 Finger joints
. grated coconut
First, roast the grated coconut until it turns brown or is slightly dry. Then grind the coconut.
Then grind the spices or you can also use a blender, but I prefer to grind them myself using my hands.
Turn on the stove, then pour 3 tablespoons of oil into the pan, saute the spices until fragrant. Then pour in 2 glasses of water as needed and add the roasted coconut that has been ground.
After boiling, add the chicken after 10 minutes then add the tofu. Stir the curry until the sauce reduces and the chicken is cooked and tender.
