A really good and tasty pasta made from scratch

Well my sister inlaws one daughter made us a nice pasta dish šŸ˜‹

She made it from scratch.

What she used for the pasta dish are:
ā€¢ 1 and a half cups of cake flour
ā€¢ 3 eggs
ā€¢ Pinch of salt
ā€¢ half of table spoon of oil

Corlize made about 3 batches of the recipe. One did she and one did her sister and my husband also made one batch.

She used a tray to make the pasta dough.
First she took the flour add it to the tray. Then she made a hole in the middle she called it a volcano. She add the eggs in the middle then the salt and oil.

She rubbed her fingers through the mixture gently and start to make it a dough.

She kneed it for a view minutes and then she made it a nice dough. After that she cut a piece of glad rap and rubbed it and put it in the fridge for an hour.

Her mom made a nice chicken filling with the pasta.
She cut up an onion into pieces add it to a pot with a little bit of oil. She fry it fried the onion.

Then she cut some nice mushrooms and add it to the onions. When the mushrooms and onions was soften she cut the chicken into strips then add chicken pieces let it cook together add a little bit of water and salt and chicken spices. When the chicken was done add the cream and cooked for a while. Then it's done.

In a pot she add some boiling water and salt.
She took the dough and rolled it out till its flat and start cutting it in long strips add bits and bits to the boiling water cooked for 10 minutes.

When everything was done mixed the pasta with the chicken and then we ate it with some black pepper and cheese.
