Ginger Soy Summer Salad


Here’s how you make a ginger soy summer salad!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 4 Persian Cucumber sliced
  • 2 avocado thinly sliced
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • 2-3 assorted radishes, thinly sliced
  • Handful of fresh mint
  • 6 Scallions, sliced

For the Ginger-Soy

  • 2 tbsp @hunanathome Ginger soy sauce​
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp @hunanathome Fried garlic sauce
  • Salt to taste
