One pan roasted chicken with veggies!

Hey guys,

So today I am gonna be sharing with you a simple way to prepare oven roasted one pan chicken with vegetables that's perfect for family dinner and tastes so yummy!

First step:

-Cut the chicken into pieces, you can leave the chicken as a whole but I prefer to cut so that the pieces gets more moist and tender with also less cooking time. -Season the chicken with salt, black and white pepper, paprika, onion powder, and a little bit of ginger powder.

Second step:

-Peal the potatoes and cut them in thin circles. -Cut some carrot in tiny pieces.

Third step:

-Add the potatoes and carrots to a wide pan and then add the chicken or chicken pieces on top.

-Put the pan in a pre-heated oven for 1h for everything to be slightly cooked.

Meanwhile, you can begin to cut your broccoli and zucchini.

Fourth step:

-After an hour, take out your pan, pour away some of the water caused by the potatoes and chicken (not all of it though just enough to avoid everything being so wet)

-Add your broccoli and zucchini (we add the broccoli and zucchini after because they are much faster to cook)

-Spread some star-anis on top to get that fragrant amazing taste and smell, and then put your pan back in the oven for 30 minutes.

Last step:

-Take out your pan from the oven et voila. Some amazing roasted chicken and veggies for family dinner.
