So today I made my favorite native food, and I made it locally in our local kitchen. It called Banana pottage but locally called Oto mboro
I grated the bananas
So I cut them into a cold water pot
And this are my ingredients made up of salt,pepper, onions, pumpkin leaf,oil,fish,crayfish, and periwinkle
Oh did I mention that I used the local kitchen? I think I did.
I added my red oil
Yummy!
Finally I added my green leafs and onions
