Summer season is started and mango season too. Most of people like summer because of Mango and it is perfect equation of summer and mango. Raw mango or kachi kairi are sufficient name to stimulate our taste buds.

It is the most cherished fruit in summer. It has childhood memories of all of us must be eaten crunchy kairi with salt and chili powder.

Mango is the "king of all fruit". Scientifically it is known as mangifera indica. In south asia and India it is cultivated for over 4000 years. There are many types of mangoes each type has perfect taste and shape ,size and color.

Raw mango can be eat when they are green and crunchy and we also make juices and squash from raw mango.

Raw mangoes are rich in vitamin C, vitamin vitamin K. It is also a vital source of magnesium, calcium, iron, and dietary fibers that detoxify the liver.

Raw mango juice dehydrate our body and also stop excessive sodium chloride and iron from our body. It is also reduce effect of sun screen on our body and a refreshment drink after work out in summer.

It also helps in weight loss. Because in raw mango contain a unique quantity of antioxidant called mangiferan.

It is also reduced cancer. Clinical studies tell that raw mango block all cell decision from which cancer is occur.

As raw mango had rich amount of vitamin A which is very helpful for our eye sight. Vitamin C reduced the blood pressure. Vitamin C is very sufficient for our skin.

Here today i tell you how we make raw mango juice at home quickly.

Ingredients:
°Raw mango/Kairi
°Salt
°Water
°Sugar
°Black salt
°Ice

Procedure:

1.First of all take some raw mango and then peel off .

2.After peel off cut into slice. Add some water and raw mango slices in a pan and on the flame.

3.Then bring it to boil. When slices are boil properly turn off the flame and wait to cool down the water and slices.

4.The last step is when the boil raw mango are cool down and it into a blender add one tea spoon of black salt, white salt and sugar as your requirements.

You also add honey in place of sugar. Then add ice and blend them well. And here your kairi juice is ready enjoy with your family in Summer.
