Ramadan 2021 : My Iftaar table 06

Greetings of the day Hive!

Today marks the end of day 6 for this year's Ramadan in Mauritius! In some countries, they already completed 7 days as the start of the month depends fully on the visibility of the new moon!

Since the first day of fasting, I have started a series on my Hive blog where everyday I share my Iftaar table (breaking the fast) with you all!

If you've missed the previous 5 tables, kindly click on the below links!

The snacks!

Today we had 7 different varieties of fried snacks...and all of them came from my sister number 2!
She cooks so well...and the snacks she prepares are always so yummy!

We opted for sandwiches for our main dish today...

I made this one back in my restaurant and brought back just before iftaar time at home!

Sweets and Fruits!

After all these fried snacks...we definitely have to eat some nice fresh fruits to balance everything out!
We had a nice spread of fruits again today!

Drinks!

I was feeling so thirsty today...due to the heat during the day surely!

So I went full pack for Iftaar...

Sparkling Orange juice, Mango Juice, Iced Tea...

And Alouda which is a Mauritian classic with chia seeds inside! - The pink looking drink!

All foods were very delicious!

Good food, happy tummy...now it is time to get ready for the 7th day of fasting starting in couple of hours!
