My Love Over North Indian😁🍽️❤️

Hello Hive People! How are you all?
As you have read the title today I'm again going to share my some side talents😅😁. Today I prepared the most special North Indian Cuisine 'Malai Kofta'. Let me show you the results-

So this is basically made from boiled potatoes and onion and tomatoes gravy. It is served with chur churi Roti and onions.

What we have to do is boil some potatoes and after boiling peel it off. Then mash the potatoes and keep it aside. For stuffing inside our koftas we have chop some cashews and some raisins. We also have to curdle some milk for stuffing.

The next process is to make kofta balls. We need do to dust some whole wheat flour in our mashed potatoes and give that a nice mix. Then we have grease our hands and take a small amount of mashed potato and put some cashews, raisins and curdled milk.
Then we have to make balls such that the stuffings don't come out. We have to do all like this and then again we have to dust some whole wheat flour and coat our balls, then fry them until they are crispy brown.

For gravy we need tomatoes, onions, garlic and saute them. After cooling it grind it.

Pour the gravy in pan and saute it for 10-15 minutes. Then put some spices and fresh cream and give it a good mix.

Then assemble everything.
