Hello Hive and beautiful Comunity. Today I just come back again with a food recipe but today's recipe is quite interesting. Firstly I would like to give thanks @foodiesunite team and also @edwing357 to arrange this exceptional contest. Yesterday I thought about this contest and decided to participate on it and told to my husband to bought a Pangas fish from market that I really don't like. I will make and eat this food only for this contest.

Why I don't like this Pangas fish?

IMG20221113211538.jpg

Today I will share why I dislike pangas fish. I can't eat fatty foods since childhood. Such as chicken skin, cow fat, fish belly and oily parts. When I was a child, I could eat pangus fish. Suddenly one day I saw my mother cutting fish, I was sitting right next to her. I saw some white fatty pulses inside the belly of pangus fish and a foul smell came out of that fish, and that smell made me vomit a lot and made me very sick. At nights the doctor gave me saline. I was very sick for about three days and since then I can't stand the smell of Pangus let alone eat it. If this fish is cooked somewhere, I stop eating that day. Since then I can't eat this fish.

After my marriage, my husband wants to bring this fish but I forbid him. Because it is impossible for me to eat this fish let alone cut, wash and cook it. Later I tell him everything but still he sometimes wants to buy this fish. Because this fish has many benefits for children. The fat in this fish is good for the health of children, but I still do not bring this fish. Sometimes I get angry with it. Because he can't eat the fish for me. And currently this fish is available at a slightly lower price in the fish market. Now a days all the fish are very expensive compared to which it is possible for middle class people like us to eat this fish. But I can't eat this fish and I dislike this fish very much. So today I decided to make my most disliked food in this competition and I will fulfill my husband's wish too. Their long pursuit is going to be fulfilled today after ten years of our marriage. I cut this fish with my own hands, washed it and cooked it and served them. It was really taugh for me but i made it. Anyways let's see what it takes to make my recipe today.

Then boil the dal with enough water. Lastly I gave the fried fish heads. Then I cooked it for another 20 minutes. And Pangas fish head mung beans Murighonto is ready.

As the fish smells bad to me, I add garam masala and other spices to it so that I can taste it less and eat it in moderation.
