Today we celebrate the mom's day, everyone have a mom, some we love it, some don't have a good reketionship with their moms, but the mom's are always moms and we need to thank them everyday and in special days too.
For it we had a very nice and big lunch, it's Sunday, it's mom day we must eat a lot right!!?
As a starter we made some simple snacks, long tiny bread with ham, salame and meat slices, some slices of fresh cheese with black olives, some bread slices with ham and olives, like sandwich and some meat prepared in the hoven,thats for start.
As second dish we just prepare some potatoes, half are burnt, ah ah we were too busy talking, but are tasty too.
And surely we have enough food. We also a had a little salad but it dont6have much success, maybe it's too healthy!!
And naturally as a perfect Italian lunch we can not miss, wine, obviously and two big lasagnas, everyone love lasagna!!
And in the end a good sweet, I confess not home made but brought in one of the best bakery of the city, so happy mom's day to all moms!!
