I went in these days to a new poke restaurant in my city, I tried poke only in some foreign restaurant and finally I can try it in a place all dedicated to poke.
Poke it's an Hawaiian meal, very popular in Italy nowadays, because it's healthy and good, the original dish it's made by mostly tuna and polyp, with some condiments and rice . Today it's popular and you can make it with many raw ingredients. In this restaurant the choiche it's really super, they have four bases two kind of rices, black rice and salad.
Proteins, but you can choiche only three like salmon, many kind of tuna, polyp, chicken, tofu and marinated pork.
And many condiments, you can choiche four of them like beans, onions, avocado, sesame, carrots, tobiko, ikura, mais, cabbage, courgettes, ananas, mango, pepper etc..
And you can add to it some sauces like mayo, cheese cream, soy sauce, oil, pepper sauce, beans soup, BBQ sauce and others
You really have a lot of choiches, and all the poke cost only 9 euros,it's quite cheap because the bowl it's really big and rich.
The menu outdoor, they obviously have also one made with paper.
The view from the outside, the restaurant it's quite little so it's better rent a place especially during the weekend.
The look it's really Hawaiian and summer style, you can see all the ingredients behind the mirror and look at the cook that prepare it, it's really charming and cool see the kitchen so neat and the cook work so fast!
The place it's super nice and we really enjoyed our poke!
