IMG_20220315_182400.jpg

Klepon at first glance like Mochi, but very different. Klepon is a sweet food that is very simple to make and not many ingredients are needed. Klepon is made from glutinous rice flour which is flattened and then filled with palm sugar and rounded again. After that, the klepon is coated with coconut with sugar so that the taste of this cake is sweet and melts in the mouth when we put it in our mouth. There is no second bite because to enjoy this cake we only need to put it in our mouth in one bite. The taste is steady, the soul is like my love for my husband, sweet and savory mixed into one.. it's fun

To make this Klepon dough it doesn't take too long, what makes it long is the process of making the klepon balls into a round shape that really fits and has high artistic value. Even though I also have poor artistic values.. he, but it doesn't matter what is important is that my husband likes it. uuuy love slave. (what the hell are you hallucinating everywhere.. hehe)
