Actually, it takes a lot of courage and self-confidence to make this post, because in our previous posts we always share recipes for food that I make myself to be enjoyed together with my husband. If we don't share recipes, we usually share exciting stories about visiting tourist objects in North Sumatra where we live.
However, here I am trying to challenge myself and hone my ability to arrange food to be much more interesting, because to be honest my art skills are very bad and I still take for granted the things that people think are more interesting. And today I will try to learn for all of that, please give me input so that I can be better, of course, hive friends.
Well, my first challenge came from my own husband, how to change the snacks we bought into a more luxurious impression and have a high selling value, and when we went for a walk this afternoon I was interested in arranging a market snack, namely fried meatballs, this fried meatball is snacks or snacks in the form of meatballs fried using thick flour and the taste is very crunchy. The price of this fried meatball is calculated per stick with the price per stick, which is Rp. 1000. And I decided to buy 5 sticks at a price of Rp. 5000 or the equivalent of U$ 0.5 Dollars. When we buy these fried meatballs, we will also be given a sachet of chili sauce for free
When I got home, I immediately executed the fried meatballs, and at home I happened to have leftovers from the snack I bought yesterday, namely fried soybeans with flour, it was crunchy, savory and delicious, of course, apart from that for color gradations so the color wasn't monotonous, I decided to use a few leaves. celery to make it look more beautiful and everything is in my refrigerator from yesterday's cooking. And for the sauce, frankly, I don't like the sauce sachets given for free by the seller, because I don't think it tastes too good. So I used my own extra spicy chili sauce.
And it's time for this brain to think, mobilizing all existing capabilities.. ha..ha, First I put the fried meatballs together, then in front of the fried meatballs I put a pile of sauce and I pushed it with a fork to make the sauce more elongated, then I sprinkled peanuts soybeans around the sauce and on top of the fried meatballs. At first I saw the impression was a little very messy, but this is a first for me and I still have a lot to learn from all hive friends who are more experienced. And finally, I sprinkled celery leaves to make it seem fresher. The result is not too bad, tomorrow I will try again for another market snack and I will make it even more luxurious.
That's my first experience in organizing this market snack, I hope you like it and once again ask for your input, so that it will be even better in the future, greetings from us Tomi and Maya from Binjai City, Indonesia
