From the posts of the previous days, I have several times made fried foods that are very liked by the people of Indonesia. And now I will share another fried recipe with all Hive friends. Actually eating fried foods is not as scary because it will cause cholesterol if we don't consume the fried foods excessively. And the vegetable oil for frying must be the new oil which is mostly used for frying only 3 times.

And tonight I will share the recipe for how to make Bakwan. Bakwan is a food that falls into the snack category, which is made from wheat flour mixed with spices and various kinds of vegetables, the vegetables commonly used to make bakwan are cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, long beans, corn and some use scallions.

Bakwan is very delicious if we dip it with spicy sauce, or cayenne pepper that we eat together with the bakwan, and for the drink, it will taste fresher if we make warm lemon tea as a complement and accompany our afternoon, the perfect snack to start writing bakwan recipes this is to all Hive friends. And actually there is no special measure to make this bakwan, because people's tastes are different, some mix wheat flour with flavored flour to make it more crispy, or some add ebi to the dough, so that the taste is more savory. And all of that can't be debated, because once again this is just a taste, the most important thing of all is the salty taste and the spices that blend together not too salty and too spicy. And below I will share the recipe for making the vegetable bakwan.
