Greetings fellow Hive,

Today I will be sharing with you another savoury recipe made from my freshly picked homegrown string beans.

If you're following my Hive gardening update you will know that I planted different kinds of vegetables in my garden and it gives us fresh food to eat.

So early this morning I went to pick the matured string beans for my planned dish and I'm cooking them into Bicol express.

Bicol express

Is a Filipino spicy pork stew. The dish is named after the train in the Bicol region of the Philippines, known for its spicy food.
