Good morning everyone today it is traditional to eat lamb in the oven with potatoes ...
Here in Rome we call lamb ABBACCHIO and the recipe is called ABBACCHIO ALLA SCOTTADITO, as it must be eaten very hot, to the point of burning our fingers to eat it.
As you may have understood, we Romans do not use a knife and fork for this dish. It is really simple to prepare it and requires few ingredients
LAMB
OIL
GARLIC
ROSAMARINE
SALT
POTATOES
Take a baking dish, grease it with oil, place the lamb inside and season with salt, chopped garlic, oil and 2 sprigs of rosemary.
For convenience, I cooked the lamb first and then the potatoes but it is always preferable to cook them together.
Take the potatoes, peel them and cut them into wedges, season with oil, salt, a clove of garlic with the peel and rosemary.
Cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees and then enjoy it hot!
Happy Easter to all

Cuocete per 40 minuti a 180 gradi e poi gustatelo bollente!
Buona Pasqua a tutti
