I'm nuts about nuts. Haha. That's a good substitute. 😂
Although I haven't had any problems with it, protein deficiency is a valid concern, and I have not eaten fish for a long time so I'm guessing that I get enough from vegetarian sources since I don't actively count my nutritional intake on a daily basis. Also, each body is different and protein requirements differ from person to person. If eating fish works for you then go lang kung saan ka masaya. 😊
