Healthy & Testy "Paneer paratha recipe" : wheat flour and cottage cheese stuffing

Dear friends, Today i am sharing Paneer paratha(wheat flour and cottage cheese stuffing) recipe with step by step photos. Due to holy festive session i am not using some ingredients in this stuffs but this dish is very tasty and healthy.
Paneer paratha is a popular Indian cottage cheese stuffed bread made with whole wheat flour.

Ingredients:
For Dough

  • 400G Atta (wheat flour)
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons Refine oli
  • Water (As per need to make Dough)

For Stuffing

  • 200G Panner (cottage cheese)
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • 1 tablespoons Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder

Step to prepare Paneer Paratha

Prepare Dough:-
Take wheat Flour in a bowl add some Salt, Carom seeds & oil as per your quantity of flour, than add water as required and prepare soft dough, it will take 10 min around.

Prepare Stuffing:-
Take Cottage cheese in bowl and add some salt, Carom seeds & red chilli powder. Mix it well , now your stuffing is ready to fill on dough.

Prepare Paneer Paratha:-

Make balls and fill it with stuffing and rolling it as seen in picture

Use rolling board to make parathas, but be carefull while making it not to break

Keep tawa on mid flame and bake it both side till it went golden brown color and apply refine oil or Ghee both side of paratha.

Always server hot paneer paratha with pickle or any curry
