Cook is that kind of thing that fill the heart but also other body parts. This is why, today I invite you to cook with me this Delicious Tuna Spaghetti Salad. This is a really easy recipe to cook but with a really delicious result.
Ingredients:
Canned Tuna
one carrot
one onion
one tomato
a little bit of parsley
some mayonnaise
some mustard
some natural yogurt
black pepper
salt
In the video, you can watch the whole process, it is really easy and I'm genuinly in love with the result.
important facts you have to take into account:
-The spaghetti portion is 100gs per diner.
-The carrot must be cooked for 5-7 minutes.
-I prefer tuna into oil for this recipe, of course it is important to drain the oil from the tuna before add it.

Atún enlatado
una zanahoria

un poco de perejil

Datos importantes que tienes que tener en cuenta:
-La ración de espaguetis es de 100gs por comensal.
-La zanahoria hay que cocerla durante 5-7 minutos.
-Prefiero el atún en aceite para esta receta, por supuesto es importante escurrir el aceite del atún antes de agregarlo.
