In the first week of July 2023, we called for a Foodie Contest: PURPLE FOOD, with 6 entries, all excellent, that we have decided to award, with 350 $foodies token and 0.5 hive each. The participants were the following, (according to the order of publication, not the quality):
Enrollados de repollo

The first entry of the contest was from @yole, who shared a great recipe for purple cabbage wraps, which have a delicious filling with vegetables and chicken; a dish whose original recipe is with white cabbage, however she has adapted it to be a purple meal.
Crema de repollo morado [ESP/ENG]

In a great post, @aguamiel participated with a recipe for purple cabbage cream, which aromatizes and intensifies its color with Jamaican flowers. In addition, she also includes other delicious ingredients, to obtain a very purple and exquisite cream.
Purple food purple uthappam

On this occasion @hindavi participated in the contest, with a great post, very complete, in which she presents us with a delicious and traditional recipe from South India, Uthappam, to which she gave a twist, using purple cabbage and blueberries, in order to obtain a beautiful purple color. She also makes a stuffing, raita, which is also a beautiful pale purple.

With a delicious baked recipe, @dlizara participated in the contest. It is about au gratin aubergines with beetroot sauce and ham, which she cooked for her sister and nephews, who were visiting in her house. A substantial and very purple recipe.

It is the first time that @mergusa88 participates in a Foodies Bee Hive contest, and for this occasion she has shared a beautiful post, in which she tells us about this delicious beetroot cream, a very traditional recipe from Eastern European countries. In this post, she tells us how she learned to make it (thanks to a recipe her mom gave her), and how she used to make it for her son both when he was little, and now, when he's grown up. A delicious cream, very purple and very traditional.

If any food is very purple, that is beets. And with a recipe for a delicious beetroot salad, @theresa16 participated in this contest, a very fresh, nutritious, delicious dish and also very purple.

Only one post per participant will be accepted.
The recipes to share will only be for SWEET recipes (DESSERTS), where the final result is GREEN.
The publication must contain an introduction where the recipe is discussed, for example, how you came up with it, on what occasions or for what reason it is prepared, where it is original. Likewise, the participant will explain how he learned to make it and why he or she has chosen it to participate in the contest and what emotions or memories he has when preparing it.
- You must clearly express why you have chosen that recipe.
NO PLAGIARISM WILL BE ACCEPTED, NEITHER TEXT OR PHOTOS. NO OLD CONTENT, NO REPOST.
The list of ingredients must be clearly expressed, in understandable measures in any part of the planet. Likewise, they must indicate how much product will be obtained, either in portions or in any other measure.
The recipe must be accompanied by a minimum of ten (10) photographs, and in at least five (5) of them, the participant must be preparing the preparation. At the end of the post, the final product must be already plated or served. You can post more photos if you wish. Referential photos will NOT be accepted, even if they are free of copyright.
Avoid photographs that focus only on the contents of the container, pot or bowl. You are not asking for a panoramic view of your kitchen, but at least an area of the prep environment, showing part of the backsplash, countertop, stove, walls. Do not be afraid if your kitchen is old, or is very modest. The opening of the plane of the photograph is important, as it allows the reader a more complete and understandable appreciation of the recipe.
Take care of writing and spelling.
Explanations must be clear and understandable.
It is NOT necessary to include the title of this post within the title of the participating post, so you are FREE to put the title you want to your posts.
