Para la realización de esta bebida chocolatada, solo vamos a necesitar, agua, bolitas de cacao, leche y azúcar.
To make this chocolate drink, we will only need water, cocoa balls, milk and sugar.
Lo primero que haremos será rayar las bolitas de cacao, en mi caso raye solo una porque haré aproximadamente 700ml de chocolate.
The first thing we will do is to grate the cocoa balls, in my case I will grate only one because I will make approximately 700ml of chocolate.
Luego, como yo usaré leche en polvo, coloco a hervir 700 ML de agua en la cocina. Si fuese a usar leche líquida, entonces coloco a calentar la leche líquida.
Then, as I will use powdered milk, I boil 700 ML of water on the stove. If I were to use liquid milk, then I heat the liquid milk.
Luego que el agua a empezado a hervir le agrego el cacao rayado y mezclo hasta disolver muy bien y dejamos que hierva un poco.
After the water has started to boil I add the grated cocoa and mix until it dissolves very well and let it boil a little.
Agregamos la leche en polvo sin dejar de revolver, hasta disolver toda la leche muy bien, que no queden pelotitas de leche en nuestro chocolate.
Add the powdered milk while stirring, until all the milk is dissolved very well, so that there are no milk balls left in our chocolate.
Y esto sería todo el procedimiento para hacer nuestra bebida chocolatada, solo nos queda endulzar a nuestro gusto y listo para servir y disfrutar.
And this would be the whole procedure to make our chocolate drink, we only have to sweeten to our taste and ready to serve and enjoy.
