Ingredientes:
- 100 gramos cebolla.
- 100 gramos de ají dulce.
- Sal
- Color
- Orégano chiquito.
- Caldo de pollo.
- Pimienta negra.
- Adobo.
- Plátano.
- 500 kilo de pasta.
- 1 sardina de lata.
- 150 gramos de queso duro.
**Ingredients:

- Chicken broth.
- Black pepper.

- Plantain.
- 500 kilo of pasta.
- 1 canned sardine.
- 150 grams of hard cheese.
Paso 1: Lo primero que debemos hacer es abrir la sardinas y sacarle los huesitos, mientras hacemos eso ponemos a sofreír el ají y la cebolla, cuando este totalmente sofrito, esca chapamos la sardina y la agregamos al sarten juntando la con el ají y la cebolla, luego le agregamos pimienta en polvo, orégano chiquito, caldo de pollo, onoto y sal al punto.
Step 1: The first thing to do is to open the sardines and remove the bones, while we do that we put to fry the chili and onion, when it is completely fried, skim the sardines and add them to the pan together with the chili and onion, then add pepper powder, oregano, chicken broth, onoto and salt to the point.
Paso 2: Ponemos a hervir suficiente agua, para preparar nuestra pasta que estará lista cuando tenga una contextura blanda. Mientras hierve el agua picamos el plátano en tajadas para ponerla a freír.
