I haven't posted in a while because I've been a little busy with my work. I hope you all don't miss me too much, Lol.
Today I will share a unique food recipe, a recipe that I created myself. I don't know if you guys think this would be interesting to try, but I really really wanted to share this recipe. The name of the food is tofu ball balado. As the name suggests, this dish is made from tofu, so for those of you who love tofu, you must know this recipe. Well I don't want to talk too much, let's get started!
THE INGREDIENTS
- Tofu
- wheat flour
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Powdered broth,
- Chilies,
- Garlic,
- Shallot,
- Sugar
- Ground pepper
Step 1
Puree the tofu with a spoon or fork
Step 2
Add flour, salt, pepper powder, broth powder. Then mix well with tofu that has been mashed.
Step 3
Shape the tofu into a round like a ball
Step 4
Heat the oil and fry the tofu balls until golden brown
Step 5
Boil the chili, onion, garlic and then mash.
Step 6
Heat two tablespoons of cooking oil then saute ground spices then add salt, sugar, powdered broth and a little water.
Step 7
Add last year's ball, stir until the spices are evenly distributed
