       Grated Coconut Omelet

Ingredients
2 eggs
4 tbsp Munjung/full of young grated coconut
1 lime leaf, thinly sliced
Ground spices:
10 cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 garlics
3 hazelnuts
A little turmeric
enough Pepper powder
Salt
Broth powder
enough Oil

  CANAI BREAD

Ingredients and spices needed to make roti canai:
Prepare 1/4 kg of wheat flour
Use 4 tablespoons of margarine
Take a pinch of salt
Provide enough water
Prepare enough cooking oil
And 1 more leaf of soup to beautify the results of cooking

     JALA BREAD

Materials needed:

• 150 grams of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
• margarine to taste

  CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients:
500 grams of chicken
1 potato about 200 grams
100 grams red onion (chopped)
600 ml of air
12 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 segments ginger (mashed)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp masala spice
Adequate curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Sufficient seasoning
