Un almuerzo Familiar
Esta comida fue de arroz, pescado frito y ensalada, preparada por mi cuñada y su servidor @colorcareer
Los ingredientes utilizados fueron los siguientes:
Arroz blanco
Agua
Pescado fresco
Aceite
Papa, zanahoria, cilantro, huevos
Y mayonesa para la ensalada
Para el jugo: parcha licuada y azúcar
Ingrediente base para todo #SAl

A family lunch
This meal was rice, fried fish, and salad, prepared by my sister-in-law and her server @colorcareer
The ingredients used were the following:
White rice
Water
Fresh fish
Oil
Potato, carrot, coriander, eggs
And mayonnaise for the salad
For the juice: blended passion fruit and sugar

Pescado y Arroz
El arroz se cosina con el doble de su cantidad es decir, un kilo de arroz son dos litros de agua
El pescado ya cortado en rodajas de echa a freír con aceite ya calentado
Rice is cooked with double its quantity, that is, one kilo of rice is two liters of water.
The fish already cut into slices is fried with oil already heated
For the salad
Para la ensalada
Se colocan a sancochar las papas zanahorias y huevos asta que estén cocidos
Luego se dejan reposar y se pelan para luego picar en cuadritos
Igualmente el cilantro se pica pequeño y se le añade
Todo esto se coloca en un recipiente dónde se le echará la mayonesa y la sal al gusto, todo se revuelve y listo ensalada preparada

Para este almuerzo Familiar, preparamos un jugo de parcha
Nada mejor que una refrescante bebida para almorzar
Yo hice esta pero tú puedes hacer cualquier otra bebida
Para esta, añadí las frutas en La licuadora y la encendí
Lo que salió lo eché en un colador y salió el jugo añadí azúcar y listo.
For this Family lunch, we prepare a passion fruit juice
Nothing better than a refreshing drink for lunch
I made this but you can make any other drink
For this one, I added the fruits in the blender and turned it on
What came out I put it in a colander and the juice came out, I added sugar and that's it.
